I don’t know about your family, but since Mother Nature decided to get her act together and raise the temperature, we’ve been eating a lot of watermelon at our house. After spending half an hour giving my melon baller (and my forearms) a good work out, there’s always the question of what to do with all that watermelon juice. Well, as luck would have it, I’ve come up with a delicious solution: Drink Skinny Watermelon Margaritas! And FYI–my husband, who despises ALL varieties of melons, LOVES this drink, so don’t be afraid to try it if you’re not a watermelon fan!
Drink Skinny® Watermelon Margarita*
1.5 oz silver tequila
2 oz Drink Skinny (original) Margarita Mix
2 oz watermelon juice
ice, raw sugar, lime slice
1) Rim a margarita glass w/raw sugar & pour ice into glass. 2) Combine tequila, Drink Skinny Margarita Mix, & watermelon juice in cocktail shaker, and shake well. 3) Pour mixture over ice & garnish w/lime slice.
